High-speed rail company Brightline is making celebrating the holidays easy this year with $39 sale fares during Christmas and New Year’s.
The $39 one-way fares are available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day between Miami and Orlando, and on both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, the company shared with Travel + Leisure. The discounted fares are valid for Brightline’s “Smart” tickets.
“We look forward to connecting thousands of travelers across Florida during the season, while offering special savings and activities to make it fun and festive for all ages,” Johanna Rojas, the senior vice president of sales and partnerships for Brightline, said in a statement shared with T+L.
In addition to $39 “Smart” fares, Brightline is also offering $79 “Premium” tickets for Christmas, which include perks like a dedicated lounge at the departure station, priority boarding, checked luggage, and complimentary snacks and beverages. For New Year’s, travelers can book “Premium” one-way tickets for $99.
All discounted tickets must be purchased at least seven days in advance.
On board, travelers can toast the holidays with festive drink specials like butter cookie and white chocolate mocha lattes or cocktails like the “Frozen Snowball” with rum, coconut, vanilla, star anise, and whipped cream, or the “Sweet and Spicy Grinch” with vodka, grapefruit, lime, mint, ginger beer, and jalapeno.
Brightline first launched in 2018 with service between West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami, and has since expanded, adding service to Aventura and Boca Raton. Earlier this year, the company extended its service to Orlando.
In October, the company launched an All-Station Shared Pass, which offers access to each of Brightline’s stations. The company also offers a SoFlo Solo Pass for 40 rides to South Florida stations starting at just $399 as well as a SoFlo Shared Pass for 12 rides starting at $229.
