American Airlines has reopened its International First Class Lounge at London Heathrow, ending a three-year closure that began with the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.
During the closure, the lounge has undergone what American is labeling a “cosmetic refresh,” including updated fixtures and the installation of a fully fire-rated kitchen. New capacity in the kitchen has provided space for the lounge’s kitchen team to offer a wide-ranging buffet alongside an a la carte menu.
