The M Resort Spa Casino in Henderson, located just south of the Las Vegas Strip, has begun work on a second tower, expected to be ready by summer 2025.
The $206 million expansion will add 384 rooms and 15,000 square feet of convention space, doubling the resort’s footprint and bringing its total to 774 rooms and suites.
The Penn Entertainment property, which opened in 2009, is the official team headquarters hotel of the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders, who train less than three miles away. The resort also plans to offer improved amenities, new restaurant concepts and additional local partnerships.
“My goal has always been to grow the property so that an expansion of the hotel made sense, said Hussain Mahrous, vice president and general manager. He noted the resort’s concert series and the relationships with the Raiders, the Henderson Silver Knights minor-league hockey team, the Vegas Knighthawks indoor football team and the NBA G League have helped create the demand to expand.

“We are off-Strip, but we are four-star luxury. We’re a $1.1 billion property without all the hassle of the Strip,” Mahrous said.
M Resort, at St. Rose Parkway and Las Vegas Boulevard, boasts more than 92,000 square feet of gaming, 11 restaurants and bars, Spa Mio, a fitness center and a 100,000-square-foot pool and events piazza, where artists such as Nelly, Flo Rida, Martina McBride and Bush have performed.
