Florida’s Brightline train is getting into the holiday spirit early by releasing its Black Friday sale weeks ahead of the holiday.

The rail service is offering discounted fares from now until Nov. 27, which are valid for travel through Nov. 27 to Feb. 29, 2024. The promotion applies to Brightline’s SMART fares and discounts one-way tickets for adults to $59, and child fares to $29 when purchased with an adult ticket. Black out dates apply.

As an added bonus, passengers can book tickets valid only on Thanksgiving Day to score even more savings, with discounted prices of $39 adult fares and $19 child fares.

The train service, which launched in 2018, connects West Palm Beach, Miami, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura and most recently, Orlando.

SMART service includes complimentary WiFi, and power outlets at each seat. The company also offers Premium services for an additional fee that include lounge access, and extra seat space.

“Our guests have the benefit of remarkable savings, paired with flexible travel options, With the holidays upon us, we want to take this time to give thanks to our guests who have made 2023 a memorable year for Brightline,” Brightline’s Senior Vice President of Marketing & Commercial Strategy Barbara Drahl said in a statement.

Brightline trains operate at 125 miles per hour, and a one-way trip from Orlando to Miami takes approximately 3.5 hours. The company plans to expand their high-speed service to other markets “that are too close to fly and too long to drive”.

The rail service also recently launched a 3-month pass that can be shared among multiple riders.
