In a move to better accommodate groups traveling together during the pandemic, the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach has introduced a Pod Travel Concierge program.
Guests who book one of the resort’s multiroom suites will have access to the new service. Prior to guests’ arrival, the concierge will note dietary restrictions and other preferences for stocking the suite kitchens with groceries.
Private group meals and cocktail hours can be arranged in-suite from local purveyors. The Pod Travel Concierge will also curate excursions and socially distanced activities such as a private sunset cruise or a private tour guide for an around-the-island tour.
Guests traveling in a pod can also reserve the resort’s entire spa for an exclusive session in the 3,400-square-foot, multilevel space. Travel pods can also reserve an entire floor of 10 guestrooms and suites in the resort’s Diamond Head Tower.
Officials say the program will continue even after Covid protocols are no longer in place.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach offers 552 residential-style guestrooms along with suites that range from one- to four-bedroom accommodations across two towers. All rooms and suites offer unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and private balconies.
