Travel from the contiguous U.S. to international destinations, to Puerto Rico and Hawaii, is blacked out from March 12 through March 27, while travel back to the contiguous U.S. is blacked out on Jan. 16, Feb. 27, Feb. 28, and from March 19 through April 3.
The sale comes as Southwest is in the process of upgrading its onboard experience as well as making it easier for customers to earn status in 2024. It also comes as the airline is considering adding red-eye flights to its roster with CEO Bob Jordan recently calling it a “logical evolution” for the airline.
