Crystal has signed its first preferred agency group: Signature Travel Network.
The luxury cruise line and the agency network on Friday revealed a partnership that would make Signature the line’s “first strategic sales and marketing supplier.”
Details of the partnership were not revealed.
Signature CEO Alex Sharpe said the agency group “had a longstanding, successful partnership” with the old Crystal Cruises and is “honored to be selected as its first strategic partner under new ownership.”
Crystal is owned by A&K Travel Group, which acquired the Crystal brand and its two ocean ships, the Serenity and Symphony, after its previous ownership ceased the line’s operations in early 2022.

The announcement comes a day after Crystal said that guests who lost money after the collapse and filed a claim in the bankruptcy case could apply for a credit to use with the new line. The credit would be limited to the outstanding balance owed.
Travel advisors who are named in a guest’s filed claim would be paid commission on the original fare at the time of the new booking, so long as the advisor is registered with the new Crystal.
