Uniworld Boutique River Cruises is building on the success of its newest cruise and rail program by adding a third destination next year.
The cruise line will launch the 16-day Sacred Ganges & the Maharajas’ Express itinerary in India beginning on Oct. 28, 2023.

The trip will combine seven nights aboard the 56-passenger Ganges Voyager II, departing from Kolkata and sailing along the Ganges before a flight to New Delhi to board the luxury Maharajas’ Express train for six nights.
On the rail portion, guests will traverse India’s famed Golden Triangle and Rajasthan region in style before disembarking in Mumbai to stay at the Oberoi Hotel.
Uniworld first launched its cruise and rail program in 2021 in partnership with Golden Eagle Luxury Trains.
The Milan, Venice & the Swiss Alps trip is available in 12- and 14-day itineraries and takes place aboard the Golden Eagle Danube Express and the company’s newly refurbished S.S. La Venezia, which sails the Venetian Lagoon. Uniworld also launched its second itinerary in the program’s lineup, the 13- and 14-day Enchanting Danube & Castles of Transylvania, earlier this year.
