Coulibri Ridge, a resort that opened that opened two year ago on Dominica, is offering a seven-night Immersive Serenity package that combines spa, movement and mindfulness with the island’s sulphur springs and waterfalls.
The Immersive Serenity package begins each morning with a rotating schedule of 45- to 60-minute, guided-movement and meditation sessions in the open-air yoga pavilion with views of Martinique. Afterward, guests will be offered a breakfast that features fruits harvested from the on-property orchard as well as plant-based options such as a cauliflower omelet with shitake mushroom bacon.
After-breakfast transfers to a nearby off-property location will offer guests an activity of their choice, such as a waterfall immersion, a natural sulphur bath created by the island’s volcanic core, a breathing-focused hike, a reflective paddleboarding session in Soufriere-Scott’s Head Marine Reserve, or an underwater snorkeling discovery trail. Each activity is approximately two to three hours long. Afterwards, guests will be treated to a farm-to-table lunch back at the resort.
In the afternoon, guests will have access to Coulibri Ridge’s spa with their choice of treatments such as a tension-reducing Chi Nei Tsang massage or Tibetan bowl healing sound massage. Other island-inspired options include a calming relaxation massage with local organic oils, a body scrub made from native ingredients and the spa’s signature volcanic Soufriere clay wrap. A gourmet three-course meal rounds out the evening.
